Incoming calls only for certain time

Hi all,

After a certain time, our numbers are not reachable, then I have to start all service and we are available.
Outgoing calls working but incoming calls to our numbers are working after a reboot the services and this for about 3 minutes?

okay, after some tests today, I made a downgrade from java 1.6 to 1.5. no success.

and its only the PBX service in the PBX managment console!!!
the other services workin fine.

Have you an idea for this issue? Is very urgent.

Are you using an ITSP for receiving incoming calls ?
Which ITSP are you using?
Does the PBX connect to the Internet directly?
