Post by semensato »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke PBX 2.2.6.2

2. Java version: 1.5.0_14

3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: eyeBeam 1.5.19.2

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : 9

6. Your problem: PBX and BSS suddenly stops and shows Error (No.-200) at startup page. What does it mean? How can I solve this?

There are only one file (pbx.war) at C:\Program Files\Brekeke\pbx\webapps

I don't have multiple copies of Brekeke PBX on the same machine.

hi

before the stop, did the PBX work well?
did you change any settings?
even after you restart the computer, does the issue still happen?

Yes, before the stop it does work fine.
No changes made.
Even after restart it take sometime to get back to normal 'till the next stop.

Check your web browser settings.
You need to add "localhost" as a trusted host in the settings of the browser.

edit WEB-INF/work/log4j.properties, change
log4j.logger.com.brekeke.util.Dump=ERROR, RLOG
to
log4j.logger.com.brekeke.util.Dump=DEBUG, RLOG

and after restart pbx service,
What can you see in the "log.log" file under WEB-INF/work/logs
