1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.2.1.6
2. Java version: 1.6
3. OS type and the version: Windows
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : 8
6. Your problem:
I'm newbie on Brekeke PBX server.
To set up interoperability between Brekeke PBX and Broadsoft:
1. Go to PBX > Options > SIP settings > SIP Proxy address:
Enter 192.168.1.1 - IP address of Router's LAN interface
-A, B is PBX user (located in the LAN side)
-C is Broadsoft's user (located in the WAN side)
-Brekeke PBX: 192.168.1.50
I've also configured a route in ARS for incoming and outgoing call
-Make call from A (1002) to C (2407771162) is OK
But can not make call from B (1001) to A (1002). This is internal call.
The problem is that when choosing Router's LAN interface as proxy server, all internal call is routed to this route instead of routed directly to PBX user (see attachment)
2. Go to PBX > Options > SIP settings > SIP Proxy address:
Enter 127.0.0.1 as proxy server:
-Make call from A to B is OK but can not make call from A to C
I've set up PBX as in User guide's recommend but can not solve the problem.
May be something is wrong with my PBX's configuration.
Please help me on this matter. If possible, pleas give me a sample for configuring interoperability between IP-PBX and SIP provider
I'm very appreciated your help and looking forward to your reply.
Thanks,
Skyblue

Dear Hope,
Thank for your reply.
I've set up my systems as your advice and it's better than before. However, I still got the problem.
Below is my configuration:
Create new route template:
1.Register URI: sip:2407771161@as.iop1.broadworks.net
Proxy address: 192.168.1.1 (Router's LAN interface)
2. Patterns-IN1
Matching patterns:
To: sip:2407771161@
Deploy patterns:
To: 1001
3. Patterns-IN2
Matching patterns:
To: sip:2407771162@
Deploy patterns:
To: 1002
4. Patterns-OUT
Matching patterns:
To: sip:9(.+)@
Deploy patterns:
From: "2407771161"<sip:2407771161@192.168.1.1>
To: sip:$1@192.168.1.1
5. SIP Server page:
Network> Interface address 1: 123.30.67.196 (Router's WAN interface)
Then I do these scenarios:
1. Call from A-1001 (PBX user) to B-2407771164 (Broadsoft's user):
B rings, but A has no ring back and the call is not established: in capture file, I see that 180 ringing packet is sent from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.50 (PBX's IP). However, PBX don't send this packet to A-1001.
2. Call from B-2407771164 (Broadsoft's user) to 2407771161:
the call is routed to 1001 successfully
Itl is established and has two way speed path.
3. Call from B-2407771164 (Broadsoft's user) to 2407771162
the call is not routed to 1002 as expected
Could you please take a look on my configuration and give me some advices on this?
Thanks and best regards,
Skyblue

can the call go to the router or pbx?3. Call from B-2407771164 (Broadsoft's user) to 2407771162
the call is not routed to 1002 as expected
do you need to register to as.iop1.broadworks.net with 2407771162?
or check the "Apply to Request URI instead of To" in the patterns-IN and try
what pbx's response when call to provider? any of the following?
