use speed dial to retrieve extension's vm, like 1=08*ext#
or
At the bottom of the auto attendant settings, set
Max input digits: a number which is the digits of the extension + 3
Transfer to unregistered users: enable
then after ivr, dial 08*+extension#

hope,

Thank you, it is working.
The speed dial setting, is it possible to have speed dial not just for one assigned extension only?. I would like the dialing method like,
after IVR, enter 1 and any of the extension to retrieve voice mail.

set speed dial as: 1(.{number of extension digits })=08*$1

After ivr, enter ext number to ring ext
or dial 1+ ext to retrieve voicemail

the pbx extension numbers cannot start with 1,
otherwise change the speed dial to other number than 1 at the beginning
change Auto attendant voice prompt to notify user how to dial to their voice mail box
