what best for me?

Hi

it's now 2 week searching for windows SIP server ..finally i found brekeke ..i want to make server can connected client form external network (WAN) and there users can connected to VoIP like broadVoice via this server

what's application best for this issue?

I have downloaded PBX server and SIP server and test both

first i tested PBX and maked two user's with ID 1001 and 1002
the server on windows 2003

and used softphone on other 2 computer

the problem when first one call other it's tell me not avilable when i canceled voice message from user setting i have get

Other side said: Too Many Hops

i deleted user's and swiched to SIP server and maked two user

no problem two user can call each other ..but how can add external line these user can call VoIP line?

I think Brekeke PBX is better for ITSP connection. There are default ARS you can use.
And could you tell more about your network structure and version of the Brekeke PBX

ok i will use Brekeke PBX is it mean no need to use SIP server ?

my Brekeke PBX is last version 2.1 and network pattern here

but when i created 2 users with ID 1001 and 1002 both out side public IP (both in different lan)(WAN users)

2 extention not connect to each other ..i call 1002 number or 1001?
is there any special prefix?


what's wrong ?

the problem solved

the problem now why any number registered in softphone why not brekeke pbx check password and userid

if i put any id it will be register on SIP server :shock: how and why?

Brekeke PBX already include SIP Sever in. No another SIP server needed.

If you want to check UA's (phones) username and password when they register to PBX, you need to set the same username and password as the ones you set at phone side at SIP Server/User Authentication and also set authentication for register ON at SIP Sever/Configuration/SIP/Authentication/
