Ghost ringing

6. Your problem:
We always experience a ghost ring with our two gateway, how can we disabled the ghost ring? This is really becoming annoying to us.

When our client receives a call and after our client hangs-up, then a ghost ring will happen. You say that how often?then let me put this way, out of 10 calls, there will be 5 ghost rings. is there something wrong with our brekeke or our gateways?

note: these are our two gateway(Linksys spa3102 and alcatel lucent OMNI PCX)both of them ghost rings.

I think this issue is caused by a gateway.. because I had the same issue with Grandstream's gateway adapter.

If you can capture packets, you will unmask the ghost.
