1. Brekeke Product Name and version:

2. Java version:
1.5

3. OS type and the version:

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : pattern 5

6. Your problem:
hi, I have a problem for OPTIONS message.

I compose that two brekeke proxy share the registration DB.
And UA select the brekeke proxy servers and register.

if UA register to the proxy, UA receive OPTIONS message periodically.

But sometimes UA receive OPTIONS message from another server( not registered proxy ).

Why does the proxy send OPTIONS?
and what is the condition for sending OPTIONS message?

the sending of OPTION message is related with the registration service.
an OPTION message is sent if the SIP UA is behind NAT and SIP Server is located in a global or another network.

the SIP Server needs to keep a port-mapping at the client side router by sending OPTION request periodically. Default setting is 12000ms, which is set in [Interval] under SIP server/[Configuration]/[SIP]/[NAT traversal]
