our clients behind adsl router modem can't send their voice

Hi
we are using your sip server.It is working well but some of our clients who are using voip gateway behind the dsl modem, can hear the far end but can't send their voices. Sip signalling is working fine.
is it a NAT problem? or something about configuration?

Did you forward sip server and RTP port on the router?
