Upper registration and IP addresses

Dear all,

I am trying to use Brekeke SIP server for upper registration with SpliceCom PBX. Everything works fine for the first UA, but I cannot register any more phones as SpliceCom uses IP addresses for phone registration and since the UAs in upper registration tend to register under the IP address of Brekeke SIP server (not their own), the very fist phone to register blocks the access to any other phone.

Is there a way the UAs could keep their original IP addresses when registering to upper server through Brekeke SIP server?
