Caller Id Problem in Incoming Calls

Hello: I instaled a Sipura Spa3102 the problem its when i recieve a Pstn Call i dont see the Phone Number from the call i only see the extension number and the sip address , i m using a Polycom SoundPoint 650 Phone, Please somebody Helpme to fix this
