auto-attendant answers phone, select option for any extension - unanswered call does not go to VM, selecting options for sub menus works fine. just nothing goes to VM
get message 'the number cannot be reached, if you know your partys extension, please dial it now'
dialing the correct user extension at the 'please dial it now', yields same message,
Autoattendant stopped sending callers to VM

here's more clues,
not a DMTF issue, testing is local and internal to the network,
dialing from a local registered phone to a local test Autoattendant, which allows options to call local extensions.
can't really capture packets, the SIP and PBX are on the same server.
logs look fine, all sucessful,
all other calls and calls fw to VM work fine.
as a work around I forced the Auto-attendant selections to users VM. this works fine.
