1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
3.10.6.5
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2008
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Tenor Quintum AF Gateway
5. Your problem:
Since we upgraded Brekeke from v2 to v3, the inbound calls are not getting into our devices.
The setup involves a gateway and Brekeke. They are in the same broadcast domain (same VLAN/subnet). The gateway registers with the SIP server and outbound calls are working. Sadly, inbound calls do not work. It is configured as an ARS in Brekeke.
I was checking the documentation and found this: https://docs.brekeke.com/pbx/update-iss ... r-versions
I tried adding a dial plan and an Pattern IN. I ended up isolating the office, instead of allowing the inbound calls to get to Brekeke.
May I please ask for your support?
Thanks!
Inbound calls don't work after upgrade from Brekeke v2 to v3

Missed calls
Hello, Lucy.
Thank for your interest.
I could see only missed calls in the logs. Let me get you that information in a little, I have to get into the server.
And yes, I will share the dial plan rules as well.
Thank you!

Re:
Hello, Lucy.
Yes, although, I do not mind if it is any extension. None of them work inbound.
Is there a way to tell the system to check the last 3 numbers of the call and see if there is an extension with them?
Or how can I make the calls from the gateway to get to the SIP server? At this point, they dont, they appear as missed I have nothing working inbound.
