Brekeke PBX, Version 3.8.6.4, Pro
WebRTC, Push Notification

2. Java version:

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 18.3 (build 10.0.2+13, mixed mode)

3. OS type and the version:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago)

5. Your problem:
How to add B user to be a call forwarding from A phone. Because when to add call forwarding A have to send an INVITE message to an IVR extension but it add A user itself.

I don't think the default IVR extensions can do that.
So you would need to write an IVR flow/script and update the B's user settings.
