1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke SIP Server 3.8.3.4/490
2. Java version:
1.8.0_171
3. OS type and the version:
SMP Debian 4.9.65-3+deb9u2 (2018-01-04) x86_64 GNU/Linux
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Brekeke is configured only as load balancer
5. Your problem:
I am looking for an alternative to realize Brekeke redundancy besides Heartbeat.
One option I already knew is to configure Brekeke servers as SIP redirect server but for me this is not really usefull. On the other hand, if I configure 2 Brekeke servers using the same third party database will it work? Does someone know where Brekeke persist the sessions? In the database or in memory? If it persists the sessions in the database so the solution with common database could theoretically work, couldn't it?
Any feedback is appreciated!
Thank you and best regards

Hi hngovi,
> On the other hand, if I configure 2 Brekeke servers using the same third party database will it work?
No.. because session information are on memory not in the database.

Are there are any issues with Brekeke's Redundancy?
