Does the SIP Server support video conferencing with multiple participants (3 way talking or more way talking)?

Since I cannot find that kind of setup for that feature anyway in the server, I am thinking that the server doesn't support this feature. But I still want to ask just to make sure.

Or, perhaps, there are something that could be purchased for supporting this kind of feature.
