I have a problem with REFER method.
I have 2 propietary soft-phones. They communicate with each other without intervention of pbx. I need proxy to communicate with other commercial phones. My soft-phones are correctly registered in sip proxy.
This is the escenario:
314004 (ip: 192.168.1.204) is our soft-phone.
314006 (ip: 192.168.1.206) is our soft-phone.
314033 (ip: 192.168.1.237) is a commercial phone.
PBX is in 192.168.1.4
-314033 call 314006. Throught the PBX.
-314006 parks 314033.
-314006 call 314004. Without the PBX.
-314006 transfer 314033 to 314004.
When 314006 sends REFER to PBX with replaces info in Refer-To header, the PBX send a 403 Forbidden.

My SIP trunk provider does not allow "Refer" messages on call transfer therefor my day time auto attendant is unable to transfer calls. Is there away to change ths behavior is SIPX?
