Connecting Brekeke PBX to Nexmo Voice

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.6.2.2

2. Java version: 1.8.0_102

3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2012 R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: X-lite softphone

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 9 (without FXS)

6. Your problem: Guide on how to connect Brekeke PBX to Nexmo Voice. Outbound to PSTN will be forwarded to Nexmo. Including local, long distance, and international.
