Hold with DTMF

Post by nguyen.si.liem »

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:
Hi,
I am using Multi Tenant version, and trying to make Hold by DTMF.
Sequence:
+ A call B, talking
+ A hold by pressing #9, B will hear music
+ B hold by pressing #9 and nothing happens.
My question:
1. Is there anycase allowed both two sides (A and B) perform holding at the same time?
OR, just only one side can perform holding by DTMF?
OR we must un-hold (by pressing *) before doing the next Hold?

2. Is there any setting in Brekeke to catch/reject the second Hold?

Best regards,
Liem

Hi,

Sorry, I regret to inform you that...

1. There is no function to hold both sides at the same time.

2. No settings related to a second hold, so far.
