Upper Registration and 'Local' Registration

I've currently got Brekeke SIP Server (BSS) set for Upper Registration and it works fine.

But, I need to be able to have some clients register with the BSS, instead of registering with the 'Upper' service provider.

How can I set up BSS to handle both types of client registration (Upper and 'local')?

Use &net.registrar.upper.allow=false in DialPlan for these clients.
