Product ID issue

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:BSS 2.4.8.6

2. Java version:6

3. OS type and the version:Windows

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem: I need to locate the full product ID. The system is only displaying the last 10 digits. I have tried using the ID lookup on the Brekeke website, but have yet to receive a response. We need this to establish a temp license to transfer to a new BSS build. Is this info stored anywhere else on the server?
