1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke Sip Server 2.4.8.6
2. Java version:
JRE 1.6
3. OS type and the version:
Windows XP SP3 [XP Embedded Windows Updates till 2019]
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Counterpath Bria 2.4 Professional
5. Your problem:

Google Voice: Q: How to route a GV DID with current limitations that's recently been established 2014.

Please view this link:

Brekeke Wiki Link:

Gizmoproject.com is also no longer in service.

Q: So basically, since these options are no longer an option it would seem. You all think the only method would be to re-direct to a DID free service like ipkall.com and forward DID to that ipkall-DID/build dial-plan for 425 #?

Anyone know another method that can be used?

Thanks for any/all help/suggestions!

Hi Mike!

Thanks for making that adjustment. Here is more information on a very detailed thread regarding SIP and GV:

https :// productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/voice/kQkJGS3STYk

Basically, you will need to forward your Google Voice # to a DID and route into your pbx/sip server. As for outbound, since you can't register SIP:URI to GV. I don't think that's possible at time of this post [10/31/2014].

Hopefully they implement SIP forwarding into google accounts. i post the following information for anyone who wants to know if SIP is possible with GV+Brekeke Sip Server.

INBOUND=YES [unsupported configuration via forward DID]
OUTBOUND=NO [no-where to register sip under Google Voice cp]

Thanks,
Kent C.
