1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
3.3.4.4 Advanced
2. Java version:
1.8.0_11
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2012 R2, version 6.3
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
doubango r1025, imsdroid android app.
5. Your problem:
I call to others many times, but they are also failure.
In Error Logs, reason is Authorization failed or No matched rules.
Besides, In Blocked Logs, some cases have the Method is Cached-Blcok-List.

Please help me solve these issues.

It is the reason.

Have you created an account in the [User Authentication] page?
And set the correct account information (username and password) in the SIP client.

Yes, I have done all. But it is sometimes failure.

Check the Error Logs page again.
For Authorization failed, was the call made from your account?? or someone's?
If it was not your SIP account or IP address, it might be an attacking attempt.
