"Disconnected by system"

Post by dstu »

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke SIP Server , Version 3.2.4.3 Advanced

2. Java version:
java-ver 1.7.0_40
java-vendor Oracle Corporation
java-vm-name Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM

3. OS type and the version:
os-name Linux
os-ver 3.2.0-4-686-pae

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Dialogic HMP

5. Your problem:
I see in the dialogic server logs that initiates a call to the Brekeke that it gets PROCEEDING, ALERTING but no CONNECTED or DISCONNECTED(BYE) and in the Brekeke logs, the error is "Disconnected by system"

What causes it? Is it a bug in the Brekeke? How can it be checked and fixed?

Thanks,

David

maybe call was cancelled from caller side
capture packets at Brekeke server and check
is there any response from destination
or if caller sent cancel

dstu,

Does the same problem happen even if you make a call from another SIP client instead of Dialogic HMP ?
