thru registration failure (486 busy here)

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:

Brekeke SIP Server for Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.9.0
2. Java version:
7
3. OS type and the version:
windows server 2003
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
xlite, upper server
5. Your problem:
I am facing a problem with the thru registration, the client registers successfully to the upper server but when attempting to make a call, brekeke sip server directly returns sip error 486 Busy here, and the call doesn't hit the upper server.

Please advise.

if using brekeke pbx, you can use ARS to send calls to other server, without using upper registration.

thanks for your reply hope, I need an outbound proxy, that's why I am using thru registration, It was working perfect before I formatted my server and installed a newer version of brekeke.

Go to the [Logs] page and find the error message for 486 there.

The error message will help you to solve the issue.
