voice problems on SIP server

5. Your problem:We found the SIP server very easy to work with, however we find some problems on testing with voice between different sip hard phones.
We are testing on a WAN.
The ATOM SIP phones work 100%.
We try to bring in a Portable A510Ip Gigaset phone into the system, but we battle with the voice on the gigaset. On the ATOM phone we can hear the voice.
We try about all codec settings.

We experience the same on the soft phones from 3cx software.

Is there any recommendations?

Hi Zakspeed,
Do you have the one-way audio problem?
or do you have the voice quality problem?
