Failover Dialplan

Post by mrir65 »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke PBX 2.4.7.3 basic bundled with sip server

3. OS type and the version:win 2003 server

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:tenor

6. Your problem:
I have 2 different ITSP that I'm using them to route my calls .
one of my voip carriers get disconnected and gives me timed out,so I forced to change my itsp ip address in dial plan manually.
I need a way in Brekeke Sip server dial plan that when one ITSP ip address gets disconnected and timed out ,system automatically failover to other itsp ip address.

my dial plan rule is as follows:
matching pattern:
$request=^Invite
to=sip:00(.+)@

deploy pattern:
to=sip:%1@1st_ITSP(ip address):5060

I need the system automatically change from my first ITSP to Failover one(my second ITSP) as the the first one gets diconnected.

what do you recommend me to do.

Thanks

If you use Advanced Edition, you can make a failover over the DialPlan.

Wow, you are using Brekeke PBX...
Brekeke PBX's ARS has a failover feature which will meet your requirements.
Check the PBX's document.
