Rauland to Cisco Integration (No Audio)

Post by egatlin@tmhs.org »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:N/A

2. Java version:N/A

3. OS type and the version:N/A

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Cisco UCM

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :

6. Your problem: I am working with our integration team on configuring the SIP server to communicate with Cisco UCM, however after configuring the SIP Trunk to Brekeke specifications we have found that the audio between the Cisco handsets and Patient devices isn't functioning properly.

I have set the MTP requirements and MRG as stated in the documentation.

I am able to call both ways but and acknowledgments are being set as if the call was handled.

At this point I ask for the communities assistance.

If you have the solution please add you tech notes.

Is it one-way audio problem?

Does this audio problem happen when you make a call from CISCO handset to patient devices ?
