1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.9.0 , Multi-Tenant
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Addition
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :
6. Your problem:
With all my newly created Tenants, I can make outbound calls and the DID assigned to these tenants shows on the recipient’s phone.
The problem is that when I return the call on the DID assigned to the Tenant, my system does not pass it on to the IP address of the tenant, put passes it back to my Service provider’s IP address.
All my old tenants - created before the 29th of June 2011, are working just fine.
When I recreate the new tenant as a group of one of my old tenants, everything works 100% - the same tenant name, the same password, the same DID, just another Tenant-group ID.
What am I doing wrong?
Cannot call newly created tenants back on their asigned DIDs

>>YES
does pbx have G729 codec options?
>>YES
is the call to new tenant using g729 codec?
>>Not necessarily – it can be someone calling from a POTS telephone or a cellular phone
how many g729 codec is used when making calls to new tenant
>>I do not know
is the "G.729 License Sharing" on or off which is at pbx/options/?
>>ON
Do you have an email address in order for me to mail you a WireShark trace?
