Rauland-Borg has the configuration documents called "Aplicaiton Note" and "Technical Note". They cover Brekeke and Ascom.

Ask Rauland to provide such documents.

This document that Rauland provided does not even come close to explaining how to configure a Dial Plan that will work with ASCOM.

You need to configure the ASCOM server to point Brekeke SIP Server's address as a SIP trunk.
You may need a DialPlan rule to accept an INVITE from the ASCOM without authentication.
