Incoming call reject

Post by UTC_admin »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
PBX v2.4.7.0
2. Java version:
last version
3. OS type and the version:
Win server 2003 standard R2 (2NIC\1Gb)
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Cisco and Grandstrim phones
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :
like as Pattern 6 + ITSP line
6. Your problem:
incoming call from ITSP reject on 30-32 sec

In ITSP side - Mediant 5000 and we have in our side two SIP(PSTN) line. Group call distribution with ARS - normal. But for this type incoming call сonnection time doesn't exceed 30-32 seconds and ..op - reject! Outgoing calls through this ITSP - normal. Timeout in sip server and pbx - normal (default).

what session status you see for the incoming call from itsp, talking or accept?
it may be there is no ACK sent back from itsp.
capture packets and check if there is ACK from itsp after brekeke sent 200 ok for the invite.

Hi,
call status is "Talking", RTP and media packets - normal. Both sides (caller and callee) hear each other.
If I make Transfer for another pbx phone or Hold call - connection doesn't reject and is stand up while timeout comes for the end , in another situations - reject.
At the moment (post a reply) I still haven't checked up packets, but I will make it today and write result.

Thanks
Sergey

Hi james,

I am Sorry!!!!

while itself not look the trouble - not understand nothing:).
My companion has committed an error - he specified status of the second part of a call which has installed on hold.
Actually the status of both parts of a call is Accepted.
I checked up packets and You are right - after brekeke sent 200 ok for the invite, ITSP did not send ACK back.
I have contract only with one provider ITSP.

What can I do in such situation?

Thanks
Sergey

hey..

are you using Brekeke PBX behind NAT??
if so, did you set a router's global IP address in the setting of SIP Server?

yes, Brekeke PBX behind NAT
no, routing table - direct forwarding packets from interf. public IP (on router) to PBX.
I have installed additional pbx and given it interf. direct approach to Internet. In such configuration calls between both pbx are made without problems - without changes in a routing table.

Today I give results of all tests the ITSP and ITSP will be check the own adjustments.

ok.
I suppose the problem is caused by NAT.
Set the router's global IP address in the SIP Server's [Configuration] > [System] > [ Interface address 1].
