In some calls I receive as answer from PBX the "603 Decline" message, waht is the cause for this message be presented?

Waht do I to review to solve the problem?

check if there is any dial plan or ARS define 603 and
capture packets and check who sent 603

You may check a cause of 603 at SIP Server's Call Log page.
There is the [result] field which will indicate a cause.

Also, if a received SIP packet is invalid, the SIP Server will reject the packet with 603.

I recommend that you check the SIP Server's log.
