Upgrade Failed, reinstall invalidated product ID

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:Brekeke Sip Server Standard Previous 2.1.6.6, upgrade attempt 2.4.5.5

2. Java version:N/A

3. OS type and the version:Windows 2003 Enterprise

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:N/A

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : 1

6. Your problem:Read several posts, where upgrading was recomended. Decided to upgrade from 2.1.6.6 to 2.4.5.5. Backed up and upgraded. Could not login to administrator (error apache tomcat 5.5.12 not available. Read other posts to upgrade to latest tomcat, same error. Uninstalled and installed fresh 2.4.5.5, now old Product ID will not work. Wasted a full day messing with this. Before I downgrade and go back is there anything I can do to get a productid without paying money. The upgrade process was suposed to be free. thx

should be able to activate 2455 with old id
