Real simple Password question

Windows 2008R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

N/A

6. Your problem:

I seem to be unable to find a very simple thing. How do I change the default SA user name and password. Found loads on reseting, but nothing on how to change it. Sure I'm missing the blindingly obvious.
