Ondo PBX on server with 2 NICs
1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.4.3.9
2. Java version: 1.6.0_18
3. OS type and the version:
windows 2007 server
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
XLITE
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :
Pattern 6
6. Your problem:
The server has two NICs. The NIC1 has public IP (190.x.x.x) and other NIC2 has private IP (192.168.x.x). The UA like XLITE connects to NIC2 without problems. This server is configured to connect to with sip provider but use the NIC2 to register. The problem is that 1) the sound is only one way 2) why the server register on sip provider using NIC2 instead NIC1?

Yes. I did set the ip provider 72.x.x.x in ARS. The NIC1 of the Server PBX has 192.188.x.x.taitan wrote:Did you set the provider's IP address in ARS?
Are you sure you set 190.188.x.x there ?
How you know in ARS you have to set the provider's IP. The PBX is register with provider usin NIC2 private IP.
The question is Why the PBX use the NIC2 instead NIC1?
Soylo
If I send a pin use NIC 1. the NIC2 has not default gateway.taitan wrote:>> The NIC1 of the Server PBX has 192.188.x.x.
Is NIC1 190.188.x.x ? right?
If you send a ping to 72.x.x.x, which NIC is used?
I noted that if the NIC1 is set to 190.188.x.x the ondo PBX use this ip when register. But when the NIC1 has 200.35.x.x the PBX use the NIC2 (192.168.x.x). WHY?
