6. Your problem: We've had to move an image of a physical server over to a VMWare server, and the BSS license doesn't work. Possibly doesn't match the MAC, or CPU, but either way, not working. Cannot determine how to re-activate using our original purchased license code (Product ID for Brekeke SIP Server, Standard: BRF8090100012480). Please advise.
System was completely functional prior to migration, but now cannot open BSS Webadmin to even review settings, etc.
This is for a Rauland-Borg Nursecall system, btw, if that helps at all.
