I can read at release history for PBX Version 2.4.3.9: "Improved Brekeke CTI Server interface", but there are not more information, where can I to find what are the capabilities for it?

The Brekeke CTI Server is scheduled to have the official release later this year. Currently the product is available only to selected partners.
