Need a plugin for a smart load balancing

I'm using the BREKEKS as SIP proxies. As the server receives a call it routes the calls in a round-robin fashion to my call processors. I need plug-in so that the Brekekes can do smarter load balacing, by keeping track of what calls that it has passed and are still active, and by a fix maximum of call that I can pass to each of the servers.

Is it based on phone number? Is it based on destination IP address?
