No RingBack Tone on PSTN Calls

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:PBX 2_3_6_0

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: Windows Sever 2003

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: SVK IVRCat and SVK RadiusCat billing

5. Select your network pattern from http:Pattern 2

6. Your problem: I am using brekeke PBX 2_3_6_0 with SVK IVRCat i dont get a ringabck tone when receiving calls from pstn but i get a ringback tone when from call with the pbx. Please how do i solve this problem.

How do you connect the PBX to PSTN? are you using a FXO gateway? or are you using an ISTP?

I'm using FXO and i have tried calling from different operators mobile handsets, I dont hear a ringback tone on any of them

can you hear ring tone in the packets from pbx to fxo after 180?

Do you have any DialPlan or ARS for receiving a call from FXO?
