4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:X-Lite,Brekeke

6. Your problem:

we have requested for academic edition.... but we have not yet received any registration code.....can you please process the request ASAP....

Are you a student or teacher?
Did you use your school's e-mail address (e.g....edu) for requesting the academic license? you should use a school's e-mail address.

The license key will be sent from license@brekeke.com.
Your e-mail software might treat it as a SPAM.
Check your mail box again.
