Running SIP Server with Oracle 10g

Post by Carson »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: SIP Server Version 2.2.6.2

2. Java version: 1.5

3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2003

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Kapanga Softphone

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 1

6. Your problem:
I tried to run SIP Server with Oracle 10g, and I have done all the database setting through the document "Using a Third-Party Database Tutorial" which was worked when I use PostgreSQL.

Here is my creating table SQL in Oracle 10g:
CREATE TABLE "T_ALIAS"
( "ALIAS_NAME" VARCHAR2(300),
"GROUP_ID" VARCHAR2(300),
"ENTITY_NAME" VARCHAR2(300)
) ;

CREATE TABLE "T_REGISTERED"
( "SKEY" NUMBER(*,0),
"NAMEALIAS" VARCHAR2(600),
"NAMEORIGINAL" VARCHAR2(600),
"URLALIAS" VARCHAR2(600),
"URLORIGINAL" VARCHAR2(600),
"ACCEPTPATTERN" VARCHAR2(600),
"REQUESTER" VARCHAR2(300),
"EXPIRES" NUMBER(*,0),
"PRIORITY" NUMBER(*,0),
"TIMEUPDATE" NUMBER(*,0),
"EXPIRESTIME" NUMBER(*,0),
"MAPPEDPORT" VARCHAR2(300),
"AWAKE" NUMBER(*,0),
"USERAGENT" VARCHAR2(600),
"PARAM" VARCHAR2(600)
) ;

CREATE TABLE "T_USERDIR"
( "uid" NUMBER(*,0),
"USERNAME" VARCHAR2(300),
"LONGNAME" VARCHAR2(600),
"password" VARCHAR2(300),
"EMAIL" VARCHAR2(300),
"DESCRIPTION" VARCHAR2(600),
"GID" NUMBER(*,0),
"TIMEEXPIRE" NUMBER(*,0),
"TIMEMAKE" NUMBER(*,0)
) ;

After all the setting, the SIP Server can be started, but I can't new an user.
I checked the log(C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\proxy\WEB-INF\work\logs\log.log), shows:

2008-12-25 05:29:38,390 [http-8080-1] ERROR (?:?) -
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00904: "PASSWORD":invalid ID

Please give me some advices to resolve the problem.
Thanks a lot.

Carson Fu
