6. Your problem:
Hi All,
I recently upgraded our Brekeke PBX/SIP server from 2.2.6.1 to the new version 2.2.6.2 and now the Voice mail does not work on any new users that we setup. To confirm it's only New users we add, all existing users (before the upgrade) work as per normal.
This is Urgent so can anyone tell me (Brekeke support - please help) as we need this working ASP.
Regards - Colin

Hi there Hope,
Thanks for your reply - I have tried everything, reboot, stop/start of services - the lot. I have now tried to re install the update again and got the following error:

I have now also removed (un installed) Brekeke completely and re installed and it still the same - No voice mail. My next thing (the only thing I can think of) is to re install Brekeke and Not import the current backup file, as they must have been corrupted during the software update, but use an old backup that I took before doing the version update. This mean that I will have to add the new users (only 2 of them) and add a few dial plans manually - but I have to get it to work as this server is live.
Any other thoughts, would be very welcome.
