3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 Enterprise (32-bit)
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Linksys WIP300
5. Select your network pattern from

6. Your problem: can place calls normally but can't receive them. SIP error code 415 (Unsupported Media Type) is shown at Call Logs. Any help will be deeply apreciated.

it's codec problem, which codec do you set on the phone?

Already tried PCMU and G.729 (same result for both).

if both caller and callee use PCMU, do you get 415

When both caller and callee use PCMU call is successfully completed. But I have G.729 licenses and want to use them. Any idea of how to solve this?

try set rtp relay: on at options, users settings

Same result (error 415). What about 'Use Remote Preferred Codec' settings?

capture the packets and check if the codecs in rtp packets sent to callee from pbx is the one callee has.
