I am looking for SIP Proxy server. Can i use the brekeke SIP server to terminate my traffic to A-Z VoIP wholesale carrier? or i have to use brekeke SIP PBX?

You can use Brekeke SIP Server to terminate a VoIP traffic.

If you want to terminate with multiple carriers, I can recommend you to use Brekeke PBX because it has ARS(Automatic Route Selection) feature.
