Check firewall settings and conflicting applications

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke SIP Server , Version 2.1.6.6 Evaluation

2. Java version: jre1.6.0_06

3. OS type and the version: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

6. Your problem:
I have changed settings and restarted SIP server,but when I click "start" ,it presents:Port not ready.Check firewall settings and conflicting applications,then restart machine.

How can I slove this problem?
