Voicemail language change

6. Your problem: Voicemail language change. How can I modify the language of the voice mail? How it is possible the change the sounds files? How I can harmonise it properly? I thank you for a help.

voicemail greeting message can be uploaded from "PBX"/"Voice prompts"

the sound files are saved at your pbx installed directory\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\en\play

What is the file format? WAV or MP3
What is the Codec? G711 or G729
What is the Type? Mono or Stereo
What is the Bit? 8 or so
