trixbox + bss

Hi,

I setup fine bss, I create some user and pass, I active option registration=yes so every need register to call, and all work.

Some my customer have trixbox in your office, they create a trunk to my bss but our trixbox not register.

How I can connect trixbox to my bss to received/send calls ??

Are you using an Authentication for REGISTER ?
If so.. your customers need to set valid username/password at their trixbox.. otherwise, you need to accept their IP address by the DialPlan.

yes, I use AUTH to register, but trixbox use valid account, but it not register... ?? why ??

I'm using trixbox as a Brekeke's client.

Did you add the same user information at the SIP Server's User Authentication page?

what kind of error response did the trixbox receive from the SIP Server?

Hi,

I received 401 Unathorized user, but today I try with other Trixbox and it register fine. I don't know.....???

Can you send me how configure trunk setting page on trixbox to use with BSS ?? example how register string, inbound call, outbound call, and other....

It seems your Trixbox's problem.

Check the Trixbox's settings again..
