CAN NOT OPEN THE DATABASE

Brekeke SIP Server , Version 2.0.7.2 General

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: SOLARIS 10

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

Hi Friends!

In our company, we have a pre-installed BREKEKE SIP SERVER:
Brekeke SIP Server , Version 2.0.7.2 General
The problem is that suddenly, appears this message-...
"CAN NOT OPEN THE DATABASE. GO TO CONFIGURATION, DATABASE TO CHANGE SETTINGS. OTHERWISE, TRY REBOOTING THE MACHINE".

What problem Do I have? What can I do to restore the service again?

Hi

Is it a pre-installed version?
If so, which is your reseller? This is because a pre-installed version may be using a customized database.
