generating new users in bulk -- modifying users DB

We are planning to generate 100+ new users. Is there a way to modify any of the configuration files to do so? (In a similar way to Asterisk). Or is the only way generating a Third Party DB and then using it?

In "User Authentication" page, you can Import and Export bulk users by using CSV file.

The file format is
User,[Password],[Name],[Email Address],[Description]
