2. Java version: 1.5.0_14

3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 Std

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Grandstream HT-486

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : 9

6. Your problem: Sometimes there is no audio during call, sometimes does. It depends which SIP termination is used. No Firewall present.

Since the problem doesn't happen in the same LAN,
the cause of the problem will be the SIP termination side..

Does the problem happen in the certain SIP termination?
Which service is it?

We operate our own ITSP. The things is: calls that go by "A" terminator are fine. Others that go by "B" termination have no audio.

Well, without you telling us anything about those different networks and what about them is different i'm afraid we don't have enough information to help you.

Does no-audio happen in both ways? or one-way?
Is there enough network bandwidth and stability in the termination?
