6. Your problem:
I can call both phones from all 3 AP's. The problem is that if they are not on the same AP, then I can not hear anything.
A little bit mind boggling as the AP's all have the same gateways and dns servers. Don't know where else to look. Please if anyone has got any ideas for me to test, then please let me know.

Try RTP-relay=on at the SIP Server.

I can now call and receive on both phones from different ap's, but I can't hear anything on either side when they are connected to different ap's. ANy ideas??????
